Appointment provides tools for managing appointments, teams, users, and public schedule displays. Users must use the service only for lawful business, organizational, or professional scheduling purposes.
Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity under their accounts. Administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate roles, removing access when no longer needed, and maintaining accurate organization information.
Users and account administrators are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of appointment titles, descriptions, times, public URLs, and any other information entered into the service. Sensitive or unnecessary personal information should not be added to public appointment pages.
Users must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, upload harmful content, harass others, violate privacy rights, or use Appointment to distribute unlawful, misleading, or abusive information.
We aim to keep Appointment reliable and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, technical issues, network problems, or events outside reasonable control.
Some accounts may be subject to subscription status, usage limits, administrative controls, or organization-specific rules. Access to features may change based on account configuration, payment status, or administrator decisions.
Appointment, including its interface, logo, design, software, and service content, is owned by its respective owners and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users retain responsibility for content they enter into the service.
Appointment may rely on hosting providers, email services, analytics, browsers, operating systems, or other third-party technologies. We are not responsible for third-party services that are outside our direct control.
Appointment is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise that the service will meet every requirement, be error-free, or replace professional judgment, administrative review, or legal compliance obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appointment and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost data, lost revenue, missed appointments, or service interruptions.
Access may be suspended or terminated if users violate these terms, create security risks, fail to maintain required account status, or use the service in a way that may harm others or the platform.
We may update these Terms and Conditions when the service, legal requirements, or business practices change. Continued use after updates means users accept the revised terms.
